Excellent location. Had a third floor view of the Huachuca Mountains! Wine and beer in the evening. Courteous and accommodating staff. A bit noisy during rush hour - just had to close the window during those hours. Several eateries within walking distance. Most shopping, however, is at the other side of Sierra Vista along 90.
This was anolder property but was in very good condition.
Gateway is a welcoming property, with a lobby of free snacks and drinks. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Bar and breakfast were good. Room was great other than the bed.

I did not eat the breakfast however I did view their setup and it seemed decent.
